How these numbers are calculated

Accuracy is the share of positive outcomes among closed algo signals with usable recorded exits. Open signals and missing exits are excluded. Signal price outcomes are measured before costs and are separate from account returns.

About execution measurements

Acknowledgement timing includes submission checks and the broker request; it does not measure fill time or the full copy-trade delay. Slippage is shown only when comparable reference prices and actual fills are recorded.

Help & support
How is algo accuracy calculated?

Accuracy is the percentage of positive price outcomes among closed algo signals with usable recorded exits and initial risk. Open signals and missing exits are excluded. These outcomes are measured before fees, taxes, and slippage; they are separate from actual account returns.

What does the latency figure measure?

It measures the recorded order submission path through checks, persistence, and the broker acknowledgement. Median and 95th-percentile values use successful Dhan acknowledgements from the last 30 days. They do not measure actual fill time or the full delay from a master fill to a copied trade.

Does DeployTick guarantee low slippage?

No. Quote checks and configured price-deviation limits can block entries before submission, but fills depend on liquidity and broker execution. Realised slippage appears only when comparable reference prices and fill measurements are available.

Which broker account can I connect?

Clients can connect one Dhan account. To use another Dhan account, remove the existing connection first. DeployTick uses Upstox separately for market data; client execution connections remain Dhan-only.

How does copy trading work?

Eligible, enabled accounts follow confirmed fills from an approved master source. Each follower uses its own sizing, available funds, margin, and risk limits. Copying also requires valid broker authorization, consent, and enabled execution.

Can I change my risk limits or pause copying?

Yes. Your workspace provides daily-loss, exposure, and price-deviation limits, along with copying controls. Review open positions and broker status when pausing or requesting exits.

Can I view charts and the option chain together?

Yes. The Market menu opens both in one window. They appear side by side on larger screens and stack on smaller screens. Current market tools require the applicable workspace access.

Where do the client reviews come from?

Administrators add and publish client feedback in Settings → Homepage reviews. Draft reviews stay private. Reviews are individual experiences and do not establish expected trading results.
